As a Committee organising your Ball, we appreciate that you want the event to run seamlessly.  By choosing us as your caterer, we will ensure from our very first meeting, that all your needs are met.  With 22 years experience catering at the Balls, we can provide you with all the information you need, up front.

Over the years we have developed our menus to ensure that we offer the widest choice of food that not only incorporate wonderful flavours but also importantly ensure queuing time is kept to a minimum.  All of our food is prepared on site at your May Ball and it is freshly cooked to order, using only the finest ingredients.

It is not just our food and drinks that we pride ourselves on – it’s our complete service. Right from your first enquiry through to the end of your May Ball we will give you complete support.

We have been highly commended on our procedures and staff knowledge by the EHO, and work closely with them to ensure all regulations are met.
